The Marina at Pepper’s Creek is a special community in a special place. Our beautiful waterfront community is located on Pepper’s Creek in Dagsboro. Enjoy our private marina’s waterfront views and stunning sunrises and sunsets. Our amenities include a pool, community fire pit and a clubhouse with a separate exercise room.
We have an active and involved membership that offers ample opportunity to make friends and socialize with other homeowners. Summer parties, fire-pit evenings, seasonal potluck dinners and holiday parties are just a few of the activities we offer. We encourage you to join one of our volunteer committees.
Whether you are raising a family or retiring to the beach The Marina at Pepper's Creek is a great place to call home!
The Marina at Pepper’s Creek homeowners’ association maintains this website to help keep our neighbors connected and to provide you with a single source for all community information. Community events, calendars, all governing documents, and so much more can be found on this site.
